AZUZA
STREETRIDERS' BASIC DOCTRINAL STATEMENT
- We believe in One God, who made Himself flesh through
the overshadowing of His Holy Spirit on a virgin.
- We believe that Jesus Christ was crucified for the sins
of the whole world.
- We believe in the salvation message given in Acts 2:38:
repentance, baptism in the Name of Jesus
Christ and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghostwith the
evidence of speaking in other tongues.
- We believe we are to be holy in our behavior because He
is holy.
- We believe we have a great commission from Jesus Christ
to go into all the world to witness, teach, and love others to the body of
Christ (the church). We want as many people to go to Heaven as our Lord
calls.
- We believe in the assembling of ourselves together
regularly in our local church and in being obedient to those who have
rule over us (our pastors).

Backpatch
When someone goes through a Bible Study, becomes serious about their salvation and desires to be affiliated with Azuza StreetRiders as a ministry, but they haven't yet received the Holy Ghost, we allow them to wear our "Contending for the Faith" backpatch. It announces to the biking public that they are working to insure their eternal salvation and are a part of the Azuza StreetRiders outreach but are not yet a full Member.
The backpatch for men is 15" wide and for women is 11" wide. Its bottom rocker will be embroidered with either the city and 2-letter state identifier or can have "HEAVEN BOUND".
NOTE: The backpatch ALWAYS remains the property of Azuza StreetRiders and if the individual wearing the backpatch disassociates himself from Azuza StreetRiders or is asked to leave for any reason, the backpatch must be returned.
Once a person fulfills all the requirements (as shown on the "Membership" page), and if their pastor approves, they can become Members of Azuza StreetRiders.
